“Wasn’t aware that parking on site was so expensive at £40 per night and want told this in advance which would have been easy in one of the many welcome text message or emails I received. We had to wait for staff to be available for check out and to let us into the car park. The room was fine and in good condition. When we did interact with staff they were friendly and helpful. ”

“We have stayed at the Petwood Hotel before, in order to join a friends party. We loved it so much that I treated us to a room overlooking the garden. It was well worth the extra money, as there was a raised area with a lovely table overlooking the gardens as well as the huge size of the room itself.
