“my second stay did not disappoint! the staff there, as well as the owner, were available, but let me be. the room was clean, the grounds were maintained, and i never once felt unsafe. the water pressure could be a little wonky, but there were gallons of bottled water on standby just in case. such a great place!!”

“Have rented many places in Jamaica - this one is my favourite! Do not go anywhere else! Clean, amazing view, nice small and quiet beach, large shared pool in the closed community, very nice staff. Walking distance to Riu Negril and 7-miles beach. Very responsive owner and always helpful when had any questions. Good quality of internet if you're going to work online. Nice welcome gift - made my kids very happy -snacks, water and juices in the fridge. Overall great experience. Would come back to...

“This accommodation was like being: "at home away from home". It was exquisitely furnished with all 'home comforts' and functional mod cons. Set in a bright, light and secure neighborhood, the location was perfect for access to the beaches and shops. The Property manager was extremely helpful in providing information about local services, friendly, professional, and was compassionate, in allowing us to remain an extra night at short notice, plus allowed us to accommodate extra family guests...

“The house was beautiful and very comfortable! There was air conditioning when the heat and humidity got overwhelming. We stayed in the pool almost all day every day. “Misleading description and in the middle of nowhere. The grounds, property, etc. are beautiful but you're at least a 30 min ride to Negril and that gets expensive. The TV never worked, wifi was spotty at best and you're not informed of having to pay for meals selected until after they have your money. I get having to pay for meals but we were overcharged and charged for things like paper towels, seasonings that were already on property and clearly opened already...even food items we didn't...

“The staff is so wonderful!! They are the best. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Only little issue was the water system but we realize the water on the whole island was struggling. So we were pretty great considering the island issues. The resort is terrific! Moya is the best at everything , sherry is awesome & will do what she can for you. Mr, Brown is great at taking care of the grounds and so friendly, and the security staff is terrific! We love it ”
