“This is a very old hotel, in fact it is the second oldest in the country. In spite of that it has been very well maintained and the modernization necessities have been done with respect for its history. Our room, an Executive King Suite was spacious and furnished with a blend of antiques (sitting room) and a very new and comfortable bed (bed room). “Friendly staff, decent breakfast. Not too many choices but enough to fill our bellies. Clean room. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Easy access from the interstate. Close to shopping and plenty of places to eat. ”

“The outdoor seating area was marvelous. They were hosting 2-3 large events, the parking lots were overflowing in front but there was disabled parking close enough at a back door. Despite the large parties it was quiet and nice. The parties were held on the opposite side of the hotel. I was impressed. ”
