“Very nice setting with friendly and helpful staff. The suite set-up was pleasant. More set up for long-term stays, with weekly housekeeping, though there were no drawers in the suite we stayed in.”

“The perfect cozy, home-away-from-home when we visit our son. Big enough to entertain roommates with a home cooked meal, close enough to send the roommates back to school and have great family time. This was our 2nd stay and this time we made use of the fenced dog-friendly yard, grill, and fire pit. A very special weekend.”

Mrs. Duff Cottage has such history, charm, and warmth you feel right at home whether it's just a couple nights or an extended stay. For us - it was the perfect place for post-surgery recoveries before the lengthy journey back to Alaska. Their true Southern hospitality has created a friendship we enjoy long after returning home.”

“We did a quick getaway for fall break. The home is lovely and included all the comforts of home including spices, snacks and toiletry items. It is tastefully decorated with outdoor space to relax. Proximity to town was appreciated! I would definitely stay here again! ”

“The host of the property is a dream. Of all the VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in this was by far the best host interaction I’ve ever had. The townhome is very nice, easy to access and has everything you’d need. There was a smell issue in the master bathroom but that was address. The white noise machines really helped with the road noise. The property could use a little paint (I can’t believe how reckless people are with their luggage etc) so many scuff marks. Such a bummer for what’s really a cute...

The 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment was sufficient for the 3 of us. The shower was great! Water pressure good and tub drained properly. It was a little odd that the toilet tank used hot water making the seat warm. The appliances worked well with a full size washer and dryer. This historic home is charming.
