“We had an amazing family reunion at one of Matt Caudill's properties on Geneva-on-the-Lake. Matt was incredibly accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met. “This was the perfect landing spot for our fall wine weekend to NE Ohio. We had a great time and would recommend. ”

“As the ad says, there is plenty of sleeping spots....most memory foam. House is old and in good shape and everything worked just fine. Zero communication from manager until we were a day into the stay, which was greatly needed the day before or at least day of arrival. They were all "stock" form messages, so no need to send them nearly after the stay ended. Only disappointment from the stay.”

“I stayed at this property with my family over a weekend in October and it was awesome. Here are some things we loved about the property: - Space: the cabins sit on a plot of land overlooking the lake. There's plenty of space for cars (we had 5) and for recreation. We set up corn hole, games for the kids, etc. and had ample room to play. There's a nice patio between two cabins where we spent a lot of time. We grilled out, sat by the fire pit in the evening and, in general, enjoyed being outside....

Holiday Inn Express Cleveland Downtown, an IHG Hotel

"It is an old building, a beautiful construction. Needs some maintenance in the common areas, but the room was super clean and comfortable. I do recommend it if you want to be in downtown Cleveland and not spending too much money in a fancy hotel."
