“The place was great. We stayed in the last week of September before it closed for the season so not much open. Pool closes during the day so you can’t always swim. ”

“Overall, the property was better than we expected. The outdoor kitchen was a great place for lunches and we had coffee by the pool every morning. The gift basket they left for us was a great surprise, pasta, sauce, coffee, sugar, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better location or for better hosts.”

“Necesita mantenimiento ”

“Summer season not started yet. Lovely resort but nothing open. No facilities no hairdryer nothing in the room (it was a lovely room) but the facilities totally let it down. Wi-Fi is not good. We weren’t advised about breakfast asked on checkout and was told to go to the bar it was included. Ok if you want a pastry!!!! They did offer me a gluten free croissant eventually. Would not recommend out of season ”

“Très bon séjour à Fondi Propriétaire accueillant et serviable Maison idéalement placée pour aller à la plage à pied, avec les commerces à proximité Idéalement bien placé pour visiter Rome, Naples, Pompéi (en train gare proche et peu chère à la journée) Ne pas manquer de visiter les villages de Fondi, Sperlonga, Terracina, Gaeta, et un détour est nécessaire dans le petit village atypique de Lenola et surtout l’île de Ponza Nous recommandons le logement ”

“It is a lovely villa with a wonderful pool and patio - where we spent quite a bit of our time. Very close to the villa is a restaurant that sells lovely pizzas.”

“Lovely villa in a quiet village in the hills above Sperlonga. Huge main terrace and loads of balconies. Pool was cold but we stayed end of April into May. Hot water in the top floor bathroom not great but fine everywhere else (2 other bathrooms).Very well equipped. Just like being at home. We prepared all of our evening meals during our stay and literally everything we needed was available. Also, really appreciated the box of kids toys: Duplo, couple of train sets, board games. We didn't use...

“Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 4 notti. Ringraziamo molto per l’ospitalità che ci è stata offerta. Location molto bella per staccare dalla città. Un tocco in più al nostro soggiorno è stato dato dalla sauna e la vasca idromassaggio che abbiamo potuto utilizzare a nostro piacimento. Consigliamo Vivamente questa struttura”

“Casa muy grande, con 6 habitaciones dobles de las cuales 4 tenian baño. Cocina bastante bien equipada. Mesa muy grande, para 14 personas en cocina/comedor y otra en la terraza. Jardin con piscina però la encontramos sin agua y no nos dijeron nada. En general super casa, però le falta mantenimiento. Con la propietaria súper bien y siempre pendiente de ayudar.”

“Nous avons fini nos vacances Italiennes par ce logement. Il est conforme à l'annonce, il y a une belle pièce de vie. Le cadre y est très agréable et la piscine bien entretenue. La communication avec l'hôte est très facile et rapide, c'est un vrai confort !”

“Superb holiday in a beautiful home & villa, very well looked after by the fabulous Sunny who is a real asset to this property. We loved the outside spaces, pool, views, landscape, proximty to train station for an easy commute to Rome & lots of supermarkets for easy self-catering. We would recommended days in Rome & Tivoli. This was a special holiday. Thank you.”
