“Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Was in town for a work trip and I was able to work into the evening and not be distracted. Breakfast, while not fancy was good, a nice selection daily. Room price could not be beat! If I return to Charles City, I will definitely stay there again ”

“I love Iowa in the summer and this place was a perfect way to enjoy sunsets, a scenic river view plus water access and good space for getting together with friends. ”

“The lake view was breathtaking! We sat in the screened in porch every morning we were there. No bugs, just beautiful swans. The inside was very clean and spacious. Our family came to visit while we were there, they loved the lake view. The weather was perfect .”
