“The Lake Bled is a wonderful natural area in the Slovenian Julian mountains and the Vila Preseren, located 25 feet from the water and just below the S. Martina Church and the Castle, enjoys a unique situation. Even though the room assigned to us may be on the small side, the quality of amenities and service provided for a very pleasant stay. Also, it is important to mention that the restaurant is by itself worth to visit although some people may consider it a bit overpriced.”

“The hotel is very old and quite dated, it was clean and the housekeeping lady was nice. Although the area of Bled feels safe/secure, I didn’t like that there was no reception at the actual hotel. Relying on others to lock the doors was not ideal. There was no air con, and no WiFi. I could not log on for or entire stay. Breakfast at the nearby hotel was nice, and the actual location was beautiful, with views/glimpses of the lake.”

“Amazing views from the hotel, breakfast and dinner ok nothing special. Our room really needed maintenance. One wall was really moist (picture), we went to wellness area and when we were checking out they wanted us to pay 12€/guest, but I complained because the jacuzzi was not in use and the saunas were not hot, so we were there max 10minutes. People working in the hotel are very friendly and nice.”
