“The property is beautiful, clean, gorgeous view.Dino was always responsive and very fastTo get back to me. Property has everything you need beach chairs and towels, coolers etc. I will hopefully be back. Highly recommend! ”

“We all had a wonerful time at this beatiful home. The views of the island and the ocean are spectacular from in every direction. Roosevelt was polite, attentive and very helpful. There are a couple of items that need attention. Not all burners on the outside grill worked. We still utilized the grill but with our large group it took a little longer. Some of the bedroom doorknobs were loose and hard to open. Finally the mattresses and pillows need to be updated. Thank you so much for sharing...

“The location on the water walking distance to Jack and Isaac's Bay or the Restaurant at Grapertree bay was convenient. The pool is refreshing. Once we learned which switches controlled what, we were very comfortable. It could use some cosmetic attention, but worked well for 7 of us.”

“The view is spectacular! The ground floor apartment is directly at the oceans edge with a large patio. That being said, there are no lounge chairs and the furniture that they do have is not ocean worthy. They need to upgrade. The apartment itself is good enough as a base but should be scrubbed clean. Pots and pans dirty, shower in spare bathroom was rusting, etc. We needed the electrician, and he came in a day to fix the Stove/Oven. So, two thumbs up for communication. There was no mold smell as...

“Rentamos dos habitaciones cama queen y solo una de las habitaciones lo era, una de las habitaciones el Yale estaba defectuoso motivo por el cual el primer día al regresar de la piscina nos quedamos fuera y nos comunicamos con la administración para que mandaran a alguien esa noche dormimos sin Yale en la puerta y perdimos el resto del día sin poder movernos de la habitación, ”

“Great condo, new and comfortable. The pool was clean and nice to relax by. We walked to Cane Bat beach every day, the Landing's restaurant was a daily stop. With a rental car, the whole island is easy to get too within 25 min to anywhere you would want to drive. We will be back”

“The bed was comfortable and the place had what we needed after contacting Joanna. It’s pretty bare bones for the condo but the pool was nice and it is a gated property. It is just not close to the things in the listing. It’s About 1.8 miles to the Boardwalk. But that’s fine as long as you have access to a car.”

"Rentamos una cabaña para 4 personas y cuando llegamos solo estaba habilitada para 2 personas. Solo habia una persona en servicio para todo el complejo. La chica muy muy amable y diligente para tratar de resolver la situacion, pero estaba solo ella para todo el complejo. Finalmente, nos asigno una segunda cabaña, por su decision porque nunca le respondieron para autorizarla. La pobre chica estaba muy ajorada entre el bar y atender los temas del complejo. la piscina estaba sucia y la cabañas necesitaban fumigacion. No es la primera vez que me quedo en este complejo, y no estaba asi antes. El lugar necesita mas atencion porque esta ubicado en un lugar hermoso. "
