“Great property and staff were very accommodating. The front desk called me when I landed to let me know the kitchen was closing and if we wanted pizza since we would arrive late. The pizza was waiting in our room. And on the last night (Christmas Eve) we asked the staff in the restaurant if we can get some local food. They were so happy to oblige. Great Island, great resort, great people!”

“Given the ratings/reviews & my experience with similar caliber properties around the world, I was disappointed in certain things. The security guard at the front gate of the property was extremely rude. Didn't welcome us but asked what we were doing there. Our driver was very taken back by his behavior & said he's never seen anyone so rude at this establishment. “The hotel is magical, just as it looks in the photo…..Everyone is super friendly and very helpful …The only meal I had was breakfast and it was delicious…. One thing though after paying all that money a night at least meals should be part of it but despite my one only hiccup sadly it has to end but enjoyed my stay immensely….I will definitely be back in the future….”

“The Administrative staff, hospitality personnel and taxi driver Mr Wallace were friendly and excellent. The restaurant food was tasty. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable; however, the property requires some maintenance as outside our balcony there was stagnant water that resulted in sandflies and mosquitoes. Other than that, our 6 days stay was great!! Will recommend.”
