“Our room was pretty average, the bathroom has no fan, shower door did not close well so water was liking to the floor and making a mess. Housekeeping limited to making beds not cleaning or disposing of rubbish. The wifi password was not updated and the TV control remote did not work so we had to contact the manager who was very quick and helpful. ”

“We found dirt and black mould through out the unit. The unit was dirty when we arrived, shower sprayed everywhere including the roof that was then rotting away. Furniture was filthy with stains and broken parts to it, making it unsafe. So much so I covered the couch in a sheet so we could even sit on it. 4th bed wasn’t even made despite paying for 4 people. “Location is perfect. Toilet seat needs to be tightened and is small for the toilet. Second bedroom window does not lock and easily opened from the outside. Blind in lounge room is totally see through from the street. Villa was not clean on arrival but was rectified within an hour and refunded the cleaning fee. Thank you. Plenty of blankets and 2 reverse cycle aircons which was very pleasant. Overall a nice stay. Thank you”

“The unit is clean, the views match what is promised, and the unit is well situated in the heart of Yeppoon, an easy walk to the beach and the shops. The only minor downside is that people with mobility issues might find accessing the beach/shops on foot more of a challenge, but would be able to access the flat itself from the car park without any issues.”
