“This is a great place with outstanding views in a very good location. The building has seen better days, and there are 3 floors of narrow stairs to negotiate. If you have concerns about that, you should be aware. The place has been renovated nicely, but it is not as nice as in the pictures - nothing major but wear and tear - sofa and chairs are a little less inviting. Everything works, the views are great, and this is really great value1”

“We had a great stay - the house was fantastic as we all had our own space and the location was excellent within walking distance to the beach and the shops Would highly recommend that you advise guests that if you have a car to arrange a parking permit with The Waverley Council as street parking is very expensive Also please note that the bins were full and on the street and the neighbours were not happy about this and we had a visit from The Waverley Council on this ”

“Sheets were clean and EVERYTHING else was not. I attempted to liase with the property manager on this and was totally shut down. No offer of a solution - an extra clean maybe! - took multiple pictures on arrival and tried to share them with her but she just was not interested. We left two days early. Furthermore - trying to find a way to raise this with Stayz directly was impossible. All in all the worst stay we've had anywhere and the only time i've ver written a negative review of anything.”
