“One of the best equipped and well set up places I have stayed. Great to have clean and well-equipped kitchen. My room looked out on the road; at first I thought it would be too noisy but the double glazing was very effective at blocking the sound. Good information eg clearly labelled light switches. Easy to use door seduriry with codes. I was delighted to be able to leave my luggage between check-out and train departure. Very convenient for station, town, restaurants, church. I would recommend...

“Our 3rd stay at Jasmine Cottage and 6th visit to Norfolk. Would have been more but for Covid restrictions. My friend and I (and a dog each) love the cottage and area. For us it’s perfect, long walks on the beach then short walk to the pub. The cottage is homely, dog friendly and has everything you need Which is why we keep coming back! ”

“An old characterful house in a lovely location. Comfortable lounge with lots of seating, well-appointed kitchen downstairs. Upstairs..spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Worked well for our family of grandparents, parents and siblings and two small children to attend a family wedding nearby. Clear instructions were left. It was ideal for us.”

“A lovely spot by the duck pond and very peaceful, the lodge was lovely and clean and couldnt of asked for a better stay. We really enjoyed the hot tub, feeding the ducks and an autumnal bbq. M&D were great hosts with good comms. We were reluctant to pay the expensive prices for the entertainment but this didnt spoil our short break as we enjoyed our time in the lodge regardless.”

“QUIET CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPPED ”

“3 families (6 adults and rest teenagers / kids) get together for 4 nights Had supermarket deliver for first night and spent the rest of the week enjoying each others company ! The kids loved the games room, swimming pool , we set up badminton and was other garden games too - we spent evenings playing bored games, so much quality time and phones / tablets hardly touched !! Plenty of space to spread out too and spend time alone or with different groups of people ! We also had enough space...

“We really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and so easy to get to the beach. Visited other beaches and bird sanctuary. The weather was hot and sunny every day, so the children enjoyed being in the sea, paddle boarding and playing on the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Even saw the sunrise one morning. S we hi h was amazing.”
