“距離越後湯澤站很近，雪地走路約8分鐘，附近有燒烤店，便利商店，很是便利，但吃飯的服務品質沒有很好，很制式，沒人情味，可能是距離車站很近的優勢不缺訂房客人。第一次遇到高級溫泉飯店行李要自己拿回房間的，還有到飯店大廳要拖鞋，並且自行拿去有鑰匙的鞋櫃放，行李進大廳輪子會被擦拭，但第一次遇到高級溫泉飯店，行李輪子根本有擦跟沒擦一樣髒，飯店因為生意太好，在服務上，或是交談上都相當冷漠且制式化，門口的換鞋位置太小，經常換好鞋還會被趕讓位，唯一可讚美的就是房內的浴室跟公共泡湯池很不錯，但公共泡湯的消毒水味道還滿重的。”

“The inn itself is great! Very clean, cozy, comfortable and well designed with many little details. Quite spacious rooms and the rest area. Some vending machines are present. Kitchen is at the guests' disposal. Coin-op laundry, ping-pong table and piano are available. Staff provides great service. Breakfast is good and well worth it since there are few dining options in the area and no convenient stores. So bringing snacks along is a good idea. There is one good dinner option - a cafe in a store...

“2/15当日、風呂も使用も使用できず！ホテルからは一切説明がなく。共同の風呂に行ったら湯船に水も入っていなかった。スキー場近くの宿だが乾燥室も故障していた。外国人向けの宿の様だが、日本人が宿泊するレベルには達していない。２度と泊まらない。”

“Hotel is okay from a room/cleaniness. Check-in was a problem with both hotels.com and the actual check-in. Hotels.com doesn't handle international travel well as they didn't put in that the room we chose was double occupancy. It's not in our receipt which is telling me that it probably got lost in the email to the hotel. It's in the app but apparently that wasn't relayed to the hotel. When we checked in, the reception said it was for single occupancy although we paid the double rate already...

“It was well kept from ice. It was a traditional Japanese stay with futon bedding and onsen bath. It was convenient near the ishiuchi maruyama ski resort. ”

“石打丸山スキー場に家族で行くために２泊させていただきました。 サンライズエキスプレスのすぐ近くにあることは、前から知っており、家族で泊まりました。 場所はリフトの目の前で最高です。石打丸山の駐車場料金も半分キャッシュバックしてくれました。 部屋は綺麗に掃除されており快適でした。他の宿泊者が廊下を歩いたりする音は聞こえますが、私は気にはなりませんでしたし、ある程度は仕方ないと思います。 他の部屋で騒いだりしたらうるさくは感じるかもしれませんが、幸い宿泊した日程は静かに過ごすことができました。 お風呂は近くの温泉を利用しましたので、こちらのお風呂は使っていませんが、混雑している感じはなかったので、空いている時間に入れば快適かと思います。 従業員の方も丁寧に接客してくださってありがとうござしいました。ご家族で経営なさっているのでしょうか小さい子も手伝っているようでした。 また機会があれば是非利用させてください。”

“Nice traditional old Japanese style stay. Though Breakfast is also traditionally Japanese style with rice! Yes morning Breakfast with rice, we still prefer bread or something light. Room extremely spacious compare to Tokyo city. Might need some renovations to upgrade tho. ”

“Great spot, came with a ticket to the Onsen down the street. Very accommodating and allowed me to leave bags there after I checked out and went to ski. Very nice place!! ”

“Ski in out，非常方便，食物好有心，但只有和室睡地上，沒有椅，房間小，但整潔，價錢我從沒遇到過這麼便宜的。附近很多出租店，食店，超市，溫泉。”
