“Family premium room had no windows but my kids love it. Love the aesthetics of the hotel. Very quaint and unique! Rooftop is a nice place to sit and talk with family.our room had a loft with single bed however spotted several mosquitoes. The steps to the loft in our room needs some repair as some of the wood chips are coming off and can be quite dangerous. ”

“superior king bed room was spacious and clean - kind of refurbished condition. breakfast was average - not much choices. access to the hotel lobby from the main entrance was terrible bcoz of steep staircase - not friendly at all to senior citizens, not convenient for luggage drop off etc. overall, considered okay for short stay.”

“This hotel is listed under Expedia when you search for hotels nearby Papeete. I booked it accidentally for this reason and canceled less than 5 min later when I realized the error. Expedia and this hotel have refused to refund and response to tell me that my five minute booking will not be refunded has been slow. Best case, the owners of this hotel are just not aware of the entire situation as communicated to them by Expedia...worst case is that the property is intentionally mislisted to scam...

“Parking terhad..kawasan parking kecil..kalau parking luar kena guna tiket..masa datang ada masalah air..pihak hotel lambat bertindak 24 jam..masih air tak ada dalam bilik..tak ada backup water”
