“Among Genting this is quite convenient hotel to stay. Like their hot tub with different temperature zone. Enjoy the overall stay there and had back to stay there quite many time.”

“Table had a patch of stain with ants crawling over. The sink was not cleared of the food scraps and the bathroom door was very dirty with some mold stains, causing clothes hanging there to be dirty. ”

“Only one staff attending to the check-in, it took quite a long time to settle the check-in.”

“Ants all over the beds. Very poor higiene Staff was concerned to just get additional money. They even were insisting to pay the Tourism Tax which was included in prepaid tariff and as per Expedia confirmation email. VERY DIRTY AND UNFRIENDLY PLACE ”

“Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

“This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.”
