“We had a bunk room with no ocean views. The room was clean however it was not air conditioned and the night was hot and hummid. There was also a lot of noise from a band at the hotel and other patrons at the hotel. The bunk beds had clean linen but were not comfortable.”

“Staff were hard to find on arrival even with a bell. One staff member sat at a table pretending not to be staff, I know this as I heard her telling the receptionist how she thought it funny!! German Roaches around electric jug. The room is in poor condition however other than the roaches and needing repairs it was clean. Shame because location is excellent. Room 20 23rd of Feb 2026”

“Amazing facilities, super clean and comfortable, and never feels crowded even on busy weekends as so many BBQ spots, pools and facilities are available. Lots to do to keep the kids entertained in beautiful surroundings and everything is in top condition!”

“It was a bit noisy as r had a downstairs room and the guy above was up at 4am getting ready for work. The room next door was up at 5am. Not much soundproofing. Maybe an upstairs room would be better”
