“We loved our stay. First-floor unit, easy to get in and out. The place was roomy, comfortable, stylish, and clean. The location can't be beat! We will definitely stay here again. “Came down for our annual Christmas shopping trip and stay at this location. I was very clean and spacious and close to all the outlets and restaurants. There were lots of sleeping space. The only thing I would suggest is to have a tv in the main living area you could use your personal streaming device. Only one bedroom had a tv you could stream channels. “We stayed here before heading to a wedding in Baltimore to see the area. The house is located in a neighborhood close to the beach and center of town so we did some shopping and lots of eating. “Great quiet location near the ferry that allows pets. Very close to Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks for our pre-teen. The place is clean with pet sensible furnishing. I read the other reviews about out-dated furniture but I wouldn’t expect luxury carpeting/furniture at a pet friendly beach rental. We saw dolphins several times throughout our stay, both at the beach and from the porch. Just great to be steps away from a quiet beach! ”

“Best stay at the beach ever! Kim provides everything as described and then some. Welcome basket of snacks, water, and a useful items you might not have thought to bring. Complimentary wine and cocktail mixes. The presentation of amenities is so welcoming. The house is perfectly situated for lagoon, beach, biking, and family fun. Kim replies to every and question promptly and with enthusiasm. Thank you Kim (and Kevin) for a memorable week + 2 complimentary days. We cant wait to return next year!!”
