“Loved the house! Very comfortable beds and kitchen was well-stocked. There was more than we needed. However, I would randomly check up on cleaning crew to make sure they are stocking the house with necessities like bath soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper, all of which we had to make a special trip to buy. Also the shower curtains need to be washed.”

We paid for hot tub for a week, got to use twice. I’m still giving a five, because despite the issues the host took care of everything. We are looking for a long term rental and it is on our potential list. The beds were large and comfortable. We didn’t need the Casita, but would be nice for a third couple.”

Also, the bunk room had a bad smell, almost like pet, urine, or something, probably needs a deep clean or carpets to be replaced. Finally, the first night we checked in there was a cricket in the dining room that had somehow gotten in and it was pretty loud. “Stayed over the weekend from Friday to Monday. Check in at security gate was fast, easy check in using a code on the door to get inside rental, dedicated parking for my car in front of rental. Rental was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including a Keurig! Believe there was some left over stuff former guests had left in the pantry which came in handy. Bedding, towels, water pressure, wifi, AC were readily available for use upon being inside....

“We came to Yuma to ride rzr in all the areas my father in law took us when he was alive. A lot of great memories of trails we used to ride. Place was great for us, place for dog to play when we got back. We accidentally left a bunch of wash cloths in bathroom drawer. ”

“So many things wrong, need repairs, replaced, cleaned. The staff was extremely helpful but very disappointed that we had to deal with issues daily. The main problem was a green, green pool. And the slider door to the pool didn’t lock major safety issue when you have a toddler plus a broken chair… but again the staff did their best.”

"El personal muy amable desde el check in, pero la habitación muy sucia, el baño sucio, hasta el piso con mucha tierra, creo debí haber pedido un cambio de habitación pero llegue tarde alrededor de las 9pm. El desayuno que ofrecen es bueno. "
