“This was a great vacation rental. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The refrigerator could have been a bit cleaner, tv in the master bedroom and lower level bedroom were not hooked up or did not work and one of the second upper bedroom twin beds wasn’t very sturdy. However, those small mishaps did not spoil our fun at this amazing beautiful Lakehouse. Thank You”

“This was the BEST location and amenities for two friends to have a spa getaway at Château Elan. The nearby dining was fantastic. The townhouse was very clean and had everything that we needed. Tania was excellent and checked on us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. We cannot wait come back again ! ”

“Visiting from NC for Lego Con at the Gas South Convention Center. House was in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes away. Clean and modern decor. Comfy beds. Would absolutely return if in the area again.”

“We stayed here with multiple family units for a family reunion, and really enjoyed all being able to stay in one place! One of the bedrooms is a "cut through" between two parts of the house, but that was workable. The owner was helpful in giving us more info about the rooms before we got there. Having 2 kitchens (and refrigerators) was very helpful!”

“Nikki’s house was a short ride away from the tournament we were attending at Level Up Duluth. Check in process was easy and Check out only required a few simple steps as well. Priced reasonably for a weekend with a good crowd. ”

“The house was even better than described! Extremely cute! Very well stocked. They provided a lot of extras. The house was very comfortable and even decorated for the holiday! The house was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. They even included trash bags and laundry detergent! There was a lot of attention to details! There was plenty of space and everyone was very comfortable! We would highly recommend this rental to other people. detail.”

“The house is in a nice neighborhood. The house itself is fine, a little dated. We felt like it could have been cleaner. There are no top sheets on the beds and in my room there was one very thin quilt with no extra blankets available. We all were cold at night. No hairdryers available. Very few drink glasses. Code access to get into and lock the door was fine and worked properly. The owner responded prior to our visit in a reasonable time. Overall it was good but not excellent.”
