“This was our end trip to this property-we were here in the fall and had a totally different, but equally wonderful trip! This time the kids played in the water-snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, wading and swimming. In the evenings we enjoyed the fire pit and pool table. The stocked kitchen made meal prep easy. Plenty of room and now great memories!”

“We stayed at the home while getting our son settled in as a freshman at Virginia Tech and also spent some time enjoying the area. It's an older building in a rustic setting, but the home has been updated and we found it to be clean and comfortable. The nearby creek is lovely. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.”

“The place is totally awesome. My family of 10 came in for a wedding from Alabama & Pennsylvania . It had well enough bedding and very large open kitchen with living room concept for all of us to be together. The house her been recently renovated and has beautiful colors and very large bathrooms . My grandkids were able to play in the creek that was in the backyard . We are coming back for another family wedding in October and will definitely try to get the house again.”

“Had a wonderful stay. Nancy was most accommodating and extremely responsive to messages. House very pleasant. Was most entertaining to sit in the evenings on the porch and watch the goats battle for sleeping places.As an aside, as it is a farm, there are outdoor cats so if you have a cat allergy just be aware. They do not come in the house at all. ”

“Property was exactly as described in listing, and a great location for venturing out to explore the surrounding mountain area. Very quiet, peaceful, with wonderful front porch views of the creek. Everything you could possibly need was provided, including S'MORES ingredients, which was a nice, thoughtful touch. Bed was comfy, and it was lovely to go to sleep with the nighttime sounds of crickets in the background. Communication with property manager, Hannah, was smooth, easy, and timely. I wish...
