“Our family just returned home from a four night stay. The house was clean, in a great location and full of entertainment options. There was several maintenance issues that truly did not impact our stay but needed attention. The host was responsive to questions and my concerns. It took the property manager 2 hours to get back to us after a phone call and message through app. We found the smell to be from a dead rat in the toilet with the lid closed.
