“They had shut the gym for a bank holiday, we threatened to leave as the only reason we had booked this hotel (paying a premium) was to use the facilities. After hotels.com started to arrange a relocation for us they decided they could open the gym for us. The gym is pretty good but could do with some aircon. ”
