“Considering that it was a Best Western and that we've stayed in Best Westerns in different countries, this was the worst. It wasn't cheap, but nevertheless the stay did not include breakfast. It needed renovations. The shower did not work well, very low pressure and the water was either cold or hot. Wi fi was also pretty slow.”

“Great hotel for families. Kids eat free, get activity packs and treats. Nice warm swimming pool, play area in the restaurant to keep them occupied & everything you could need for breakfast! We use the hotel every year to see the seals at Nearby Horsey Gap but probably spend more time in the pool!”

“Was a nice hotel in a good area. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. Was about 7 mins from the station and 15 minutes from the centre. The restaurant was nice. Food is vegetarian and vegan”

“What we like was how you gave us a baby cot. We also kept getting ice cubes from the kitchen to cool our baby food .. the service was excellent. Thank you to Daniel the manager who organised everything for us.”

“Your website description is incorrect. No separate shower and bath in a cottage suite and no bathrobes. Fortunately we have stayed there before in a cottage suite therefore did not expect these. However for anyone who has not stayed before misleading and needs to be corrected.”
