“This is a beautiful property. Our whole family enjoyed the venue very much. We are seriously considering using it the next time we get together. It was close to everything that we wanted to attend and the house was amazing. A true oasis away from home. We definitely will try to use this place again.”

“Wonderfull clean and renovated 19th century bungalow. Super clean, great master bedroom and bath with comfy mattress. Petfect location, close to downtown Cedar Falls. Single downside was the tiny loft with tiny beds low ceiling. Good for kids only.”

“Staying in this lovely space overlooking the Cedar River was one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Meals on the deck with a gentle breeze, walks in the woods -- nature immersion with the fun of town just a step away. Tony couldn't have been kinder and the space has the most thoughtful guide for guests! We left replenished and renewed - *highly recommend.”

“The property was very nice for our group, it was clean and updated. The location was great for us, close to both the nice CF downtown (check it out all with the ice cream shop across the bridge) as well as the main shopping area and key attractions like UNI. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, maybe due to the construction on the city street. Overall a great place to stay, I would recommend it.”

“We stayed at this home for a family gathering and it was perfect. The parent adults could be upstairs visiting and the college age adults could be in the basement. We had 12 people over 18 yrs old in the house and we had plenty of room to spread out.”

“This house was excellent! Everything that the property owner said was accurate. Very clean and plenty of places to sleep And so close to Main Street! Easy walk. I would definitely would stay here again.”

“Convenient location to Waterloo/Cedar Falls. Nice alternative to hotel. We visited family in nearby Cedar Falls, went to local parks, the Cedar Valley Arboretum and the Dubuque area. Host was always available when we had questions. ”
