“This was our 9th visit to Bermuda but our first stay at Royal Palms and we will return. It is a beautiful hotel, walking distance to Hamilton. Easy to get to restaurants, shops and both the bus and boat ferries. The staff at the hotel was one of the friendliest and most helpful of any other hotels we have stayed at. Special shout out to Greg who didn’t give up on connecting our DVD player to their TV so we could celebrate Groundhog day. The included breakfast was delicious and we appreciated...

“The property and the staff are lovely !!!! Unfortunately we were there while pool renovations were being done and the jackhammer all day long was a bit much , however we were offered a small refund . They have an awesome water ferry on the property but on a winter limited schedule . We made the best of the transportation and would recommend this beautiful resort to anyone who asked ! ”
