“We have 6 couples that have gotten together for 21 years for a golf weekend. We travel all over Northern Michigan and need a VRBO that hs a bedroom for each couple. This home met all of our needs. I think the best part was having two well-stocked kitchens. We also loved its convenience to Crystal Mountain and Arcadia Bluffs.”

“Overall the home was very nice and cozy. Only issues were minor, some silverware had to be rewashed, personal communication was non-existant leaving it unclear how to ask questions for like finding extra blankets...which we never found. That said, we loved the place overall and would recommend to friends and family.”

“This property is perfect for being just outside the city, and still having some privacy to get away if you prefer. Hosts were very hospitable and gave a free bottle of mammoth gin, as well as plenty of suggestions of excursions. We did not use the lake much as we have a toddler and felt more comfortable staying inside. The basement is set up nice for evening relaxation while kids can stay upstairs to sleep.”

“The place was perfect; exactly how it is described. There were many little extras: a crate for the furbabies, a secure fenced area for the dog, clean up bags for the dogs, coffee, filters, shampoo, toothpate, q tips, etc. It also had plenty of toilet paper towels and rags, and more. We had so much fun and plenty of room for everyone. The rental had so many games and activities that are on the property grounds for guests to use and enjoy. We would glady stay here again.”

“The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. I lost track of time on the way there and the manager reached out with the door code, so getting into the house was easy. My only complaint would be that the beds have seen better days. They are kind of squishy and sink in the middle. It was a great place to stay with an easy drive to two lighthouses and several beaches. I would stay there again.”

“This is a great rental. The camper is very spacious. Great for a family. Has everything you need in it, just bring your family, food and clothes. Is hooked up to a well and septic so no worries about water usage. Location was perfect for us! Seven minute drive to the Cherry Bowl drive in. Half hour drive to Traverse City. Owner was responsive and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back!!!”

“It’s clear someone took a lot of time to restore this older home. The inside was very clean and comfortable. We wish there was a book with some details on the house as some things weren’t as straightforward (e.g. no check out instructions). We enjoyed the location of this house from town and proximity to other cities (~35 minutes from Traverse City). The outside of the property needed a little TLC and didn’t seem like it received much attention for our visit - paint was chipping on the back...
