“Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. ”

“Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

“A short distance from the airport is the reason to stay. Good for one night. The hotel airport pickup services are expensive. Breakfast is good but also a bit expensive for Bangladesh. I kind of felt they over charge for everything after the room. Staff was super nice. ”

Poorest '"breakfast"- ever seen in any country ! No sausages ..NOT Even any Cereal or Cornflakes....
