“We had a very happy stay at this house in the country with our two friends. It is ideally located within an hour’s drive of interesting sites and historic towns. The place and its surroundings allowed us a restful and pleasant respite from our busier daytrips. The house name is not a location on a map and if you use an app like Google then you must use the name on the wall outside the property. The hot water takes a very long time to get to the upper floor shower and it’s almost impossible to fill a hot bath. That’s to be expected in a house of this age and it’s well...

“Santa & Giovanni were wonderful! Anything we needed help with they were always available. Even gave us a ride to the train station! Fresh fruit & vegetables were plentiful! The air conditioners worked very well. It was very hot while we were there for 5 1/2 weeks. The pool was very refreshing. They even cooked for us along with their son & daughters help. We would definitely recommend you staying at this lovely home. It was very private, but the town was only 5 minutes away. ”

“Surroundings were absolutely magical! The view, the pool, the vineyard, the buildings, the tranquility. Breakfast was good and the wine bar offered some drinks and icecream which was nice during our days at the pool. We also enjoyed the tennis court. Staff was very nice and the place was very clean. The apartment itself (scoiatollo) had everything we needed but I would definitely consider repainting the sharp lime green and purple colors which didn’t really fit the style and made the building...

“Recently renovated cottage on the top of a hill, equipped with everything you need. There is a well maintained garden and swimming pool on the plot. The location is very private. When the host is on site, he makes you feel very welcome!”

“Siamo stati ospiti di Loretta e Fabio per 2 settimane a fine settembre 2024 con due persone e un cane. L'alloggio era bellissimo ed esattamente come nelle foto, con molto spazio aggiuntivo (ad esempio il giardino d'inverno). La grande proprietà recintata con piscina era a nostra disposizione solo ed era l'ideale per il nostro cagnolino. Non era possibile scappare. "Fantástico todo ! El hotel es totalmente nuevo, la decoración de muy buen gusto, la calidad de todo es de primera. El desayuno excelente, servido en la mesa, no bufet. Las vistas de la ciudad y del valle maravillosas. La ubicación perfecta, a unos pasos del centro histórico. Muy recomendable, sin duda el mejor hotel de Cortona sin exagerar. "
