“1. Several items missing on arrival: towels, rubbish bin, soap, toilet paper, coat hangers. 2. Toilet did not flush properly and was not fixed during stay. 3. Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away. 4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival. 5. TV was only connected on last day. 6. Some lights not working and were not fixed.”

"5 noches por turismo con mi hermana. Hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de Kigali, a pie de restaurantes, comercios, bancos, oficinas de líneas aéreas... En muy buen estado, limpio, agradable, cómodo. Bonita habitación, cama cómoda, buenas sábanas buena conexión wifi, balcón y muy buen desayuno a nivel de variedad y de calidad. Nos ha sorprendido la amabilidad del personal de recepción, del restaurante y de dirección, volcados en hacer lo posible por hacer que nuestra estancia fuese de nuestro agrado. Realmente admirable. Totalmente aconsejable. A very nice hotel in a great location in the center of Kigali. Confortable, very clean, very good breakfast, very kind and profesional staff. Thank you very much for everything."
