“Really really nice room. The Ski in only applies to west mountain which you have to take the nearest lift to use which is a REALLY short run designed for learning or beginnners. The Ski out does go to this lift… but if you’re not just learning it’s not somewhere you want to spend your day. If you’re planning on spending most time at East or Isola, it does take some time to get over there via walk and gondola (25 mins or so assuming no lines). ”

“Loved everything about the hotel and Niseko ski experience. My only suggestion is to add ski racks/tubes on the outside of the buses to make it much easier to transport back and forth to the ski area. Having your skis stacked on the front seats is inefficient and causes damage to the skis. It would be so much easier if there were racks on the outside of the buses. See Aspen or most US resorts for ideas/pictures”

“View from the room and the distance to skii lift is fantastic. Hot water in bathroom hot for a while, cold for a while, very unpredictable and made showering not pleasant at all, and this happens in all the shower room in the unit I stayed in. “The property was very new and modern with a full kitchen including all essential utensils and cookware with easy access to Annupuri base area as well as a few places to eat. It also had ski storage in the basement which was convenient. The only negative is that there were far too few accessible outlets in the unit. I counted 3, 1 in the kitchen, in the bathroom and next to the bed. For new construction that was surprising and disappointing. Other than that it was very comfortable and nice. ”
