Beautiful, very accommodating house!Kitchen needs some updating on cooking supplies.Outdoor pool area needs a table and chairs and some lounge chairs for a more friendly space to hang out.Beach supplies were great!Destin Dreamers management group was always quick to respond to my questions!

Great house and community.

The house was wonderful. The only issue we had was at the community club house security guard. My family was profiled and harassed Monday June 29th, by the security guard that was on duty. Other than that our stay was fabulous.

The house was beautiful and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The beach is a short walk away. The staff at Destin Dreamers are friendly and are very helpful if you need anything. We had a great stay and can't wait to come back to Destin.

Excellent Experience

Wonderful stay at Sweet Caroline! Management was extremely responsive to concerns or issues. The only issue was beach access. We were under the impression we could cross the street through the gated community to the private beach. That was not the case. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon!

Nice Stay, but...

This was a lovely home in a great location inside a gated community on the east side of Destin. Our family enjoyed our time here, and the communication from the property management company was great.I have no major complaints, but I think others should be aware that this home is starting to show the signs of wear that many rental properties have after years of use. Certain items in the house (furniture, shower heads, appliances) were damaged, we saw a few roaches, etc. It probably needs to come off line for a week or two in order to get some maintenance and have a deep cleaning.

Easter 2025

The property was beautiful and clean. Very close to beach and many beach supplies in the garage. There was plenty of room for our group of nine. The pool was beautiful and we used it daily. The Destin Dreamer entertainment activity service was invaluable for booking golf and kid activities. Please consider providing the community gate code so guests can easily enter. We had to wait for a kind neighbor to let us in.

Great golf vacation

Beautiful house, great location 3 to 4 blocks from beach although we golfed most of the trip so did not get much beach time. We had so much room at a reasonable price. Just a note to future guests, the kitchen was pretty well equipped, but make sure you bring baggies, foil, dish soap etc, they did have salt pepper and coffee filters, but that was the extent Of the paper products.

Amazing house

We had an amazing stay at this house. The house is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was fantastic—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The location is also great, just a short walk to the beach. One of the best parts of the experience was the company that manages the house. They were always in touch and responded within seconds to any questions we had. They were incredibly helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great vacation home close to the beach!

SWEET Caroline!!

Sweet Caroline

The house had plenty of space. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of storage. The pool man came twice during our stay so it was very clean and well maintained. The elevator was a big help. We would go back again.

Amazing House

We travel a lot and stay at many places. This was, BY FAR, the cleanest and best smelling house we’ve ever rented! I have absolutely no complaints! Everything was a breeze from checkin to checkout. Comfy beds, comfy couches, plenty of room for everyone, everything was fabulous!!

Destination wedding week

The pictures on the website dont do this house justice. What a beautiful house and spacious. The backyard, pool and hottub was a plus. Walking distance to the beach and beautiful views from all the balconies. We will definitely stay at this home again or another home with destin dreamers

Sweet Caroline did not disappoint

We reserved this home to enjoy our grown children and grandchildren all in one place. We needed a 6 bedroom and they can be more difficult to find. Sweet Caroline was PERFECT! The home was clean, beds were super comfortable and we loved the pool and shuffleboard. It even brought the teenagers out of their rooms! 100% would visit this home again.

Great for our family group

Property was just as advertised. Spacious, comfortable and clean. 7 Adults and two children, had privacy and space for the week. Walk to the wonderful beach was 5-7 minutes. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and most of what you need is in the garage. Minutes from anything you want to do or see. Admin and communication were simple and timely. Highly recommended!
