Beautiful view
The view and location are beautiful. The beds are and linens are comfortable. We felt the condo needed some general repairs. There’s a large hole in the wall in the living room around an outlet. The kitchen cabinet doors are loose. The master bath towel bar was missing/broken. The shower caulk was black. The shower heads had lots of build up. The living room couch had a huge stain. The dinette table was extremely unstable. The under microwave light was out. The kitchen didn’t have one single cookie sheet. It has the potential to be an amazing unit if given a little TLC. The washing machine on the 20th floor was out of service during the entirety of our stay. The day we left, a new elevator was being installed and every available exit from the building was blocked. We couldn’t find a way to even get to our vehicle to load the luggage. The front desk staff stated they weren’t informed that the exits would be blocked.

Heavenly View
There are some items that need attention in this condo. The commodes need to be recaulked; the deck chairs are very uncomfortable; (older people cannot sit in them and get up very easily;) fortunately there was a chair in the storage closet that we could use. The door tracks need cleaning and it would be helpful to have a broom. Otherwise, the view is unparalleled, the complex had everything one would need for a getaway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Furniture very comfortable.

Smoking
Absolutely great views. Next door was smoking on the balcony. I reported this 3 times and then gave up. Made it unpleasant to try to sit outside and enjoy the fabulous view. The condo was very spacious however it could certainly be updated. Furniture was old and stained.

Great View!!!!
This unit had the best views to the gulf. We were able to see dolphins, stingray and of course the water with no issues! Management was great to communicate with and the front desk employees are super friendly and helpful! My only complaint would be the cosmetic blemishes throughout the room. Staining on the furniture and linens provided, towel racks hanging off the walls and sunken in outlets that do not work safely.
