We got to this condo and the minute we opened the door the smell of mold is all you could smell my fiance sinuses started burning and we both got headaches. The rack in the bathroom was hanging by 1 screw the door where the bed folds up into the wall was only hanging by 1 hinge out of 3, the washer didnt even work and the shower wouldn't drain. I called the owner and he said he was in Louisiana and I needed to just make do! Horrible condo experience. I am on vacation and paid good money for a broken condo with mold wich is a health hazard but im supposed to make due and he will address it after my stay!

Great Getaway!
The property is in a great location and very easy to access. The listing threw me off, as it did list a washer/dryer or just washer amenity, and the pictures shown were not the same condo we stayed in. But overall, I would definitely book again and stay in Sandpiper Cove. Very quiet community, gated access to the beach, and guard access for visitors.

A little piece of paradise!
It was our very first time visiting Destin! It was absolutely beautiful and breath taking! The owner Joseph was even better, so easy to get ahold of and worked with us! He even allowed us to add on an extra night! The studio was as cute as could be. I would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back next year for sure! Thanks for the great studio it allowed us to have the perfect vacation!

The property was great...great location...do not want to give the place any more kudos because I will never be able to rent it again because more people will want to book it. I want to keep it a secret so I do not have to compete with other Verbo Members...Well done Joe.!

Fantastic property!!
This property was great!! Great checking in and great communication with the host. He was great to work with. The property was very clean, quiet and a great location to the ocean! Just a very very short walk right across the road to the beach. It might take 5 min if that!! Great bed arrangements, nice little balcony out back to sit at and great amenities all over! We truly enjoyed our stay!!

Excellent Experience
This place was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay! It’s right across the street from the beach and so close to the strip. The actual condo was so nice and checking in was super easy. Definitely would recommend and would go back again!

Fantastic lil spot
This studio was perfect for me and my partner to stay in. The location is amazing - the beach is just across the street, and there are multiple super yummy restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay in Destin and hope to be back soon!

Good location
This studio apartment is across the street from the beach. It’s a small walk to the beach. The apartment doesn’t have a professional finish. There is smell right outside of the door from some type of pump thing. The bed was not comfortable. The floor was dirty. We mopped it ourselves. Should get rid of rusted beach chairs and broken beach toys on deck and in closet.

Perfect location!!
We really enjoyed the complex and location! Although, we had a few concerns with the condo. There was hair in the bottom of the shower upon arrival, and the shower curtain was extremely overdue for a wash too. The cleanliness was less than what we usually experience when we rent, but it wasn't bad enough to contact the owner for another cleaning. This room is perfect for two adults (and maybe one or two smaller kids), but most of the storage space was taken up with the owner's things. Some drawers were full of renovation debris including torn up wood which we moved to one of the closets. One perk not mentioned in the listing was that there is a washer and dryer in the unit; however, the owner informed us upon check in that the dryer wasn't working earlier that day. This would have been a great perk to plan for beforehand to eliminate some of the packing. The location is phenomenal, and we took advantage of the boat taxi which was really cool! This owner was quick to respond before and during our stay.

The checking in and out was easy. Staff very nice. Easily found our condo. Condo was ok. We weren’t at it much. Wish laundry in condo would’ve worked.

Easy beach access
We had a great stay at this condo. The short walk to the beach was a def highlight. The condo was as we expected from the pics and even had hand sanitizer left out for us to use. It had everything we needed and then some. The bed was comfy and easy to setup. Joe was great at communication and answering any questions I had. He even had the place ready for us for an early check-in (we checked out of a place on the same property earlier in the day). Would definetly stay here again.

Cute place!
Super cute studio with amazing beach access right across the street. The Murphy’s bed was very soft maybe a little to soft for my liking. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the place because it’s Destin and we love exploring! The was a very strong smell of pinesol!

Perfect summer getaway
We loved our trip to Sandpiper Cove. It was so close to everything, the beach, the harbor, and shopping! The condo was perfect for two people. The beach was gorgeous! Communication with the property manager was seamless. We enjoyed our excursions deep sea fishing on The Swoop and our Crab Island Adventure. Would definitely vacation here again.

Resort in the perfect location!
The location was perfect for accessing the private beach just across the street. We were in the heart of Destin and could go either direction and get to everything we needed within about 20 minutes. The murphy bed was super comfortable, but the pull out couch was not. Luckily we just had 3 people and didn't necessarily need it pulled out so we just used the couch cushions for a bed which was much more comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was luxurious. The studio had everything we needed to make it our home away from home for the week. I would rent again when vacationing in Destin!
