New Year’s stay
Clean and comfortable. My comment would be that the master bedroom ceiling fan was extremely noisy, so it wasn’t usable at night as it kept us awake.

Great vacation!
The unit was just as described, well maintained and in a great location especially if you like snorkeling and fishing. Breathe Easy rentals was fabulous! The communication was always quick and on top of any issue (even minor ones). The power was out to the building one afternoon and Breathe Easy got us 7 tickets to the Big Kahuna water park! They had great service! I could not recommend them more!

Our unit was beautiful if it wasn’t for the mishap of 2 1/2 days without air condition and no spa whirlpool and the lost of electricity several times, no elevator a couple times it would’ve been a perfect stay. We realize that it was out of anyone’s control, but it was at our expense.

First time to Destin
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was excellent!!!! The pool on the other hand needed alot of attention.. The chairs were dirty. The trashcans were overflowing with trash everyday. There was mold in the pool. Also, the pool restroom was disgusting. The only day we saw someone doing anything about the pool area was at the end of our stay.

Gorgeous Condo
The condo itself exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture/beds. There is lots of closet space and storage. The kitchen is beautiful with updated appliances and is stocked with everything you might need. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and each has access to a balcony. We loved the couches and tables on the balcony. The only draw back was accessing the beach. We have stayed in this building in the past and knew there was a short walk to get to the beach at Norrriego Point, but this year the gate to get to the beach was locked making it more of a hassle and a longer walk to get to the water.

Family vacation
We loved the location and ability to walk to the beach Check in was easy. It was spacious and nice with a well equipped kitchen. There were a few issues though. The main living area would be cold but the bedrooms warm especially the smallest which was actually hot. We were provided with four rolls of thin toilet paper which went fast and we had to buy more as the staff could not get us more until the next afternoon. Squeaky doors and a broken toilet seat and faulty dishwasher were other issues.

Short visit for cheer comp and beach time.
Condo is beautiful and clean. Amenities abound! View of the bay is nice in the evenings and the pool is in a pretty spot. If you want ease of access to the beach however, it's not close. Overall, great stay.

The condo and surrounding area were very nice. Only complaint is that the pool was not heated during our stay, and was closed for maintenance 2 out of 5 days we were there.

Very nice condo
The condo was super nice and was able to sleep all of us comfortably without being on top of each other, however, if you are planning on staying here the private beach access is completely rocked off and the beach close by is mostly fishing access and the other one is overrun by snorkel boats so keep that in mind.

The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Breathe Easy was very responsive, quickly replacing a beach umbrella when we discovered it was broken, answering questions about food delivery, and helping me receive an overnight package. Having to rent beach towels from them seemed a bit crazy. I was told this was to avoid renters from having to pay resort fees, allowing us to pick and choose amenities that best suit us. It seems very few people would rent a beach condo with a pool and not require beach towels. But having nice beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo more than made up for that! The construction wasn’t bad at all, we actually enjoyed watching it from our lanai, and noise from it was minimal. Fishing on the sea wall was great, we caught mangrove snapper, lady fish, blue fish, and catfish, and others were catching Spanish Mackerels. The walk-around to the half-moon beaches was quite long and the cut-through gate had a bike lock on it, so we just went around the water end of the fence and walked on the rocks to get there. The walkable beach in the other direction, O’Steen Public Beach, was extremely crowded as one of the resorts shuttles their residents there and reserves a large section with their chairs, making the walk to empty beach even longer. We enjoyed driving to Henderson State Park, a short drive and then a short walk from your car to a beautiful gulf beach! Overall, our stay was amazing and Breathe Easy was great to work with!

Nice, relaxing with just a few hiccups but overall was a good stay!
The location was perfect and within walking distance the beach. The owners provided beach chairs for a small fee. There was some construction with hot tub not working and warnings of water & a/c unit shut off, but we were able to work it out with the owners. Overall, we had a great stay.

This condo is AMAZING
We loved this condo. Beautiful and one of the best equipped rentals we have ever stayed in. The views are amazing from the porches. The only downfall was the construction going on. We definitely plan to return. The property management company was great to work with.
