Get away
We live in the big Bend of Florida. Met family there from the north. Had a great time. Spent a lot of time on front porch visiting. Very spacious lovely home that was well equipped in a quiet neighborhood

Definite pros and cons. Would like to leave a longer review, your not getting the entire story.
We travel to the Destin area every two years. We have never stayed at the same house twice. We bring a big family group and always make the best of it. Some houses we’ve stayed at have definitely been better than others. Unfortunately, this was the most expensive house we’ve stayed at and probably the one we’ve liked the least. I’m going to list some pros and cons for you now. Pros: The home is a decent size. It had the amount of rooms/beds we needed. Access to the golf cart was fantastic.(Have to pay extra for that though) We absolutely would have had a miserable time trying to make the walk to and from the beach each day. It’s farther than you realize and we’re all pretty fit/healthy people. The community pool is very nice. Our family really enjoyed using it. Con’s: First and foremost, the mattresses are AWFUL. Especially the two bunk bed rooms/matresses. I assume they think only kids use the bunk’s therefore they can skimp on the quality of mattresses, but that wasn’t the case for our group. Even the non bunk bed mattresses were not great by any means. Night one I had to kill a massive cockroach in the downstairs bathroom. Small ants in kitchen. The washer and dryer are SO out of date. They desperately need an upgrade. We had to run the dryer multiple times per load to get the clothes dry. The washer is also one of the loudest washers I’ve ever heard. The couches are stained. The decor is cheap and tacky. They provided the bare minimum.in amenities. One pack of detergent.

Fantastic stay!!
This property and our experience with it was fantastic. Great communication from the property manager and very quick responses to any queries. The house was perfect for our family location and the proximity to the beach, as well as access to the community pool, were wonderful. The beach toys in the garage were enjoyed by all! We were especially impressed with responses to maintenance requests. There were a few issues when we checked in but someone came promptly to fix them. The television didn't work and they brought a brand new one and installed it! This property was great and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking. We do wish we had opted to use the golf cart as that would have made trips to the beach easier but the provided wagon served well for transporting beach chairs and toys.

Exactly what we needed!
Beautful house with all the conveniences. Our group of 10 stayed very comfortably here. The house and its furnishings were all very clean and well kept. Just like it was pictures on VRBO. Convenient location to the beach and to 98. Golf cart made trips yo the beach very easy. It was a eonderful, relaxing week! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay in Destin. The house was great for our large family. Would definitely stay there again! We had an issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed before we got back to the house. They were very responsive to communication.

Great location with short walk to the beach. Neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking our dog. Management company was great to work with and getting the property rented was a breeze. Do yourself a favor and eat at Fat Clemenza’s on 98. We found it this trip and wished we had done so sooner. Incredible Italian cuisine. Definitely will be going back to the property.

Relaxing!
Loved the house for our party of 11, two separated families. The pool and proximity to the ocean and beach were perfect for our group. Short walks and the availability of the expandable wagon were ideal. Great property, location and access to management for questions (we weren’t sure on check out responsibilities) made this a seemless trip to one of USA’s most beautiful beaches and amenities!

Gorgeous house. Beautiful location.
So I gave this house 4 stars because of a couple minor details we had. All of which the management handled efficiently and appropriately. There were a couple minor cosmetic issues with the plaster (looked like someone fell or opened the door too hard and they hadn’t fixed it yet). We rented the golf cart and the front brakes broke halfway through our trip so we had to rent one from a 3rd party anyway. (Rent from a third party. It’s a little more expensive but they are bigger, run better and run on gas and not battery). They did promptly return the remaining balance for the week. Other than some minor issues the house is GORGEOUS! Totally worth the price. And the location is perfect as long as you have that golf cart (a few blocks from the beach so the golf cart was gold!). We totally enjoyed our vacation here. I will rent again!

Family time in Destin Florida.
Our visit from start to finish was perfect! The house was as described on VRBO. I received all the check in information prior to our arrival via email. The house was ready for our arrival. The house was spotless and well suppied with all the essentials. The house had plenty of room for our four adults and two children and small pet. The kitchen was very well stocked with many utensils , pans, and dishes. We rented the golf cart, but we really didn’t need it. We found plenty parking at all the beaches. Parking if not free was usually $5.00 for 5 hours. The beaches are amazing! Sugar sand and turquoise water! The weather was up and down, but we found plenty to do. If you have small children visit Baytown on the Harbor. Big shoot out to Nancy, our property manager she was so helpful and kind! Great time many memories! Valeri
