Cute House
Cute house very close to downtown. Great backyard too. Neighborhood felt a little unsafe to me, but didn't have any problems during my stay. The property manager was very responsive to my questions.

Son's Birthday Night in Denver
We traveled to Denver for our son's 19th birthday so he could see one of his favorite bands in concert! This home was perfect for the 3 of us and our dogs. For its location, the surrounding area was remarkably quiet at night! It was easy to catch an uber or even walk 2 blocks to catch the tram! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, plenty of accommodations to help us with our dogs! Will totally stay here again!

ProGreen Conference and Expo
Great little house near the CO Convention Center and many other downtown Denver attractions. It was clean and cozy with easy parking and a fairly safe niehhborhood. The host, Jeff, was great! He communicaed well and was very accomdating.

Came to Denver for one day to celebrate my birthday and this property was perfect!! I was centrally located to everything! The house was immaculate and Collin was the best! He made the booking process so easy and responded immediately! If you are looking to book, do not hesitate!

Nice Lincoln Park
The property was a nice place to stay. The house and bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was clean - no dishwasher. The park was right across the street and was a great place to walk the dogs. A grill in the backyard would be the perfect addition to the house. There is a great porch area and table in the backyard.

Clean, good neighborhood. Park across the street is a great view. After a day in Denver you can sit on front porch drink wine watch the people, dogs & squirrels! Back patio is big and private great for your morning coffee. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of paper products.

Denver holiday
The house is located within a very easy drive of all the places we hoped to visit (Botanic Garden, downtown, Museum of Art, restaurant neighborhoods) but us in quiet neighborhood across from park; parking was very easy at curb right outside house. It rained the 3 days we were in Denver so we didn’t have a chance yo use the fire pit but the backyard looked like a fun place to hangout in good weather. Inside, the house is simply furnished, nothing fancy but comfortable (esp the beds/ we enjoyed great sleep here!). The kitchen is modestly furnished so might be difficult to cook something requiring more than a skillet and a pot. A water kettle would have been a nice add. All in all, we were pleased with our stay and thank the host.

We were able to check in without any problems and the property was as described on line. The doggy door and fenced in backyard was a big plus. A couple of issues regarding cleanliness but all in all a pleasant stay. The kitchen wasn’t really set up for cooking a large meal, needs more bowls and utensils but we made it work.

Good stay, nice home, great deck, responsive owner, but farther away from downtown than illustrated
Good spot, cozy, and the deck w/fire pit were awesome. We liked the ability to walk (or scooter) around to a lot of cool local food/drink places. The owner was very responsive and fixed a few problems for us super fast. The only downside was that we rented it for a conference and it appeared on VRBO's map as if it was only 4-5 blocks from the Hyatt but it was more like 13. Additionally, we didn't have any problems but there were a lot seedy looking guys hanging around the area and park at all times of the day/night which made me a little nervous when I had to leave my wife alone while we were at the conference. Great place/location, but definitely would advise staying in groups just to be safe.

Cozy House that is well stocked and in a great location
We rented this location for a visit to Trestles Bike Park. The location of the house provided convenient access to highways and is centrally located in Denver. The house itself was well stocked, probably better than we've ever seen a rental be, it even had dog treats and plenty of firewood to burn in the backyard. The neighbors that we met were friendly as well. I would highly recommend renting this home if you want to be within walking distance or a short drive from tons to do. The backyard itself was also very charming and we had a great time lounging around outside. The host has also left a great instruction booklet for the house that explains everything and has great restaurant/activity recommendations. The only thing that wasn't in there was parking instructions for in front of the house. We found a parking pass that exempts you from the parking rules of the street (which is only 2 hour parking), but you can also park in the rear alley.
