Very cute townhouse. Great kitchen. Spacious rooms and closets. Garage parking. Very clean. Very short drive to shopping and restaurants.

We were really happy with the Golden Townhouse. We needed to reach out to the property manager for one minor topic, and he was very responsive. It was easy to access also!

The location of this property was convenient and less than a mile walk from downtown Golden. The townhome was nice overall. The only way to get inside the home was via the garage door, which we had a lot of trouble with. When trying to close the door, it would close halfway and then reopen. Sometimes it took us 10 or 15 minutes to close the door when we left or returned. We couldn’t figure out the issue, as there was nothing blocking the sensors, etc. We were able to close the door eventually, but it became pretty annoying. Also, we sent the property owner/manager a message via VRBO a few days before our trip asking a basic question and never received a response. Not a huge deal, but the lack of communication and the garage door issues are the reasons for the 3 stars.

The Golden Townhouse was very clean and provided plenty of room for the six of us to stay. It was nice to have so many king size bed options! Everything went smoothly and would recommend others to stay!

Comfortable, spacious, peaceful

The accommodations were excellent. Extremely comfortable beds, very clean and spacious, and tastefully decorated. The home offers lots of light and all amenities. It is a short walk to all that Golden has to offer and easily accessible to everything in Denver and the surrounding communities. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly.

Track Meet Housing

We were in town for a college track meet. The house was great for the 8 of us, plenty of room for everyone. The location was great to get back and forth to the track meet. Kitchen is missing a couple of key items that most cooks use regularly.

Spacious, clean, good location

The house was specious for 4 guests. We're older, so we preferred having our own rooms. :) The house was clean and functional. The location was a short walk to downtown Golden. Our stay was extremely enjoyable.The only thing that could have improved the stay was some ice trays in the freezer to avoid having to stop by a store.

Great New's Year stay.

Bryan's property was very clean and well kept. Check-in was easy and Bryan answered any questions very quickly. Will definitely try to stay there again on our next visit.

Short & Sweet

We visited our daughter who lives in Golden. What a cute town! The townhouse was perfect for our stay. Communication with management was excellent. Would love to stay here again.

Just ok

Property was not as updated as advertised. it was not very clean and apparently since it allows animals there were numerous stains on the carpets which run upstairs and in the bedrooms. There were minimal kitchen utensils and we had to buy our own steak knives. Also, refrigerator had no icemaker. There was only one tv. it was in the living room which was small for a condo which apparently is rented for up to 10. Property manager says none of the four bedrooms have tvs as "most people watch tv on their Ipads now." The dining room only had 3 chairs so we had to buy two folding chairs for additional seating. The master bedroom was very large and strange as it had a kingsize bed and a queen size bed in the same room. Location is good as it is fairly close to downtown and Mines however, it is on Washington so there's a lot of street noise at times. The A/C was good.

Wedding in Golden

The property has a great location about a mile from town. Walking to town very easy but walking back to the townhome is all uphill. Still a very good location. The townhome itself is rather run down and needs a lot of updating. Although the townhome was clean the carpets and furniture were pretty stained. In the kitchen, the cabinets do not stay closed and the appliances are on the older side. With some updating this townhome would be fantastic.

Great location

Great location, less than a mile walk to downtown Golden and plenty of restaurants, bars, etc. The house matched the photos online and was comfortable for our group of 7. I appreciated that there were supplies like shampoo, soap, laundry detergent etc. One drawback was that there were only 3 chairs at the dining room table.detergent.

Great home base in Golden

Super convenient home base for our long weekend for a family wedding. Beds were comfy, the whole place was crisp and clean and the amenities were solid. Would be oerfect if they got a coffee table for the living room to make it more hospitable for hanging out and a dining table with more than three chairs—for a place that sleeps 10, the current situation for sitting down to eat is really not adequate. Check in and out was incredibly simple and we appreciated access to the garage. Recommended!
