This house was mostly great for our group of 6. It's clear that it has been recently remodeled, so the carpeting & furnishings are new. The biggest challenge we had was with the A/C. It was cold on the main floor, very cold on the lower level, and hot upstairs. It was a 90º week, so this system was clearly struggling to cool evenly.We cooked every breakfast and a few dinners at the house. The new fridge & freezer worked well, but the kitchen lacked a colander & reasonable cooking sheets. Also, this house needs more substantial cutting boards and art on the walls. The back yard was a very nice place to hang out, but the cushions are very tired & worn. We had to wipe down all the furniture & table before eating out there. Finally, "walking distance to Olde Town" is a stretch. It's nearly a mile, on a busy road. It's still super convenient by car or bike, but "One mile from Olde Town" would be more accurate.
