Two families shared this well appointed space and it was the perfect stay! Three full bathrooms are hard to find but made a nice difference for our crew. Conveniently situated between Denver and Boulder, this place was great!

This home was hands-down the best property I have ever used! It was immaculate; well appointed; welcoming; host was readily available; and the thoughtful little touches throughout the home were wonderful. The host accommodated our many special requests due to the size of our group (12). ALL sleeping arrangements were more than adequate; linens and seating availability were excellent. The beautiful back yard with covered patio was our favorite place to be, as well as the upstairs patio for early morning coffee! EXCELLENT in every way!!!!!

Beautiful house in a great location!
This is an amazing place! It is a spacious house with plenty of room for my husband and me as well as my brother and his wife and 10 mo old. The house was stocked well so we could start relaxing as soon as we got in. Location was great as well, easy to get to about anything in Denver from here. Awesome stay overall, will be back!

Great house with plenty of space for all to sleep, relax & socialize in comfort. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog to join us and the kids to play. Nice patio area with seating for 8-10 plus small deck with seating for 2. Quiet, safe neighborhood close to restaurants, stores and everything you may need.

Great house and amazing communication
My friends and I came in for a 4 day stay for my bachelorette weekend. We had an amazing week. The house was in a great location since we went to Boulder and downtown Denver. The house was super clean and the communication from the host was beyond amazing. She responded quickly with any question we had! I would highly recommend this house.

Great House - Great Communication
My family of 10 stayed at this property and it was everything we could have hoped for. Quiet neighborhood with walking trails, proximity to everything, plenty of space in living spaces and bedrooms, big back yard. Chennelle even came by and brought a couple oscillating fans because we wanted a little more air circulating upstairs. Awesome house, awesome host. Highly recommend!

Very nice home on a very nice suburban lot. We had great weather to boot, so it just made the stay even nicer. The house has lots of nicely appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, so it's easy to accommodate a large family.

Great location and layout
There were only two of us so we didn't take full advantage of all of the space this house has. The LR, DR, Kitchen "great room" was just perfect. The couch is great for relaxing and the TV is appropriately large. We were able to connect with relatives in Louisville and were within easy Uber distance to everything Denver has to offer.

Would stay again!
The house worked perfectly for our family over Christmas vacation. It was clean and was well-equipped. The host, Chennelle, even decorated a bit for the holiday for us. She was very responsive to our questions and minor issues. The layout of the house is a tri-level which is nice with more than one family. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood, but felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.
