A Delightful Stay with Thoughtful Hosts
We had a wonderful stay at Loui and Jessica’s house. The owners were exceptionally caring and responsive, always ready to assist us. The house was filled with fun games that kept our 13-year-old entertained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Our dogs loved the perfect yard, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a great experience and would highly recommend this lovely home!

Great place to stay. Close to most things and a very comfortable and spacious house. Luis and Jessica were very great hosts and kept in contact and checked on us throughout our stay.

Family weekend
The neighborhood this home is located in is safe and well kept! We walked to the nursery down the street for fresh veggies and enjoyed the comforts of the home. The kitchen has limited supplies such a coffee pot for the coffee maker that is on the counter, so you can only use the single serve machine. The swamper cooler does well at night but is insufficient during the day, so please consider how much time you may spend inside if you are here in July-Aug as these are hot months in Colorado. The backyard is the primary reason we stayed here and it was mostly fantastic. It has not been kept to the standards of the photos and it has been years since the photos were taken. Some of the amenities were unavailable until we investigated why the power was not working. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the owners were nice in their communications which is always appreciated!

Great comfortable stay
We had a great time at this location, comfortable beds, place is clean. Our dogs love the yard, quiet neighborhood. Spacious kitchen. My teenage sons like the basement and we all enjoyed playing with the foosball and air hockey tables. Close to groceries store and the city. Owners were always available to answer questions.

This was our second stay at this property and I am getting ready to book my third! The house is comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. It fits our needs perfectly. I deeply appreciate that we can bring our dogs, and the location is perfect for visits with family in the area. I particularly appreciate that Luis and Jessica are incredibly responsive, not that we had any issues!

Immaculate house in Arvada! Easy access to I-70 and the mountains. Cleanest kitchen and main bathroom of any VRBO we have stayed in. Great communication with the hosts. Highly recommend.

After surgery!
This place was a Godsend for me and my son that had ACL surgery! We needed a fenced in yard and a house with hardly any steps and this place was perfect! Luis could not have been better with communicating with any issue we may have had. Pictures online were true!

What a gem!
The house is comfortable, clean and bright! We really appreciated the backyard and kitchen. My only concern is the back door and backyard at night. The back door did not lock and there isn’t proper lighting for safety.

Lovely Home
We loved our stay in Arvada and this home played a huge part in a very successful visit with family in the area. The location is truly perfect. I quickly found the Apex Center Community Center nearby and we were less than five minutes from family and all the shopping options we needed. We particularly appreciated that the home is dog friendly. The yard is large, very secure and great for both people and pets! I was incredibly impressed with all the amenities and abundance of items we were likely to need. I've stayed in other homes that only provide the minimum, but Luis and Jessica stock this home well with not only basics but also with some lovely extras. The list of amenities is long! The finished basement is perfect for families with game tables (Ms. Pac Man, air hockey, foosball, video games) a huge television, twin trundle beds, and multiple large seating areas. There is a huge grill in the backyard and several covered seating options. It would be terrific in the summer - and was quite pleasant in the winter too. Jessica and Luis are incredibly responsive hosts! Communication was quick and easy. As snow approached they offered us the use of the garage. They provided instant snow removal and even asked if we would like to use their stored Christmas tree to decorate the house. The house is very accommodating, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. We loved our stay and really didn't want to leave. I'm already planning my return trips. I'm quite grateful! Thank you.

A cozy thanksgiving
This space was absolutely perfect. Both our adult children have little pups and they loved all the room to play. The kitchen was great for cooking up a meal all together. And we played lots of games upstairs and down. What a great time! It was a bit too chilly to be able to take advantage of relaxing in the backyard, but that is a fun option too. Thank you! You should be proud of this space.

Wedding Reunion
Luis was an excellent communicator and his responses were quick to any questions or requests we made. We stayed near other family in the area for a wedding celebration. The house is ranch style which was easy for my elderly Mom to navigate. The outdoor grounds in backyard were sufficient as well as cooking utensils in kitchen.

Property very much as shown online. Owner provided pet crate which was very useful when we went out to spots where we could not take our dog. Close to mountain trails and Old Towne Arvada. Great outdoor area to enjoy cooler mornings and evenings.

Amazing Vacation Home
We loved this house. We stayed for 2 weeks. The neighborhood is beautiful. The backyard was amazing. I can’t say enough of how great the backyard was. We would definitely stay at this amazing Arvada house again!
