Wonderful location, good dining & shopping nearby

I loved my stay at this place and would definitely use it again! The location was primo - only a block away from Main Street in downtown Littleton and an easy walk to and from the Light Rail. There were a few things that could have been done better from a hospitality standpoint, but overall, it served me well for the purposes of my visit, which was a family event nearby. The property is like a B & B, without the second "B" - but there is a kitchen and a wealth of great restaurants nearby, so if you have leftovers to store and heat later, you're covered! My visit was short enough that the shops and restaurants in downtown Littleton kept me entertained, but I could have easily caught the Light Rail to downtown Denver as well. What could have been done better? More communication up front - I provided my arrival info via email a week in advance, but was asked for it DOA. All communication was requested to be by text, which I don't do. I had travel disruptions due to Denver weather and arrived @ the property @ 12:30 am, trying to operate the door lock in pitch dark @ the back door - there was a outside light that could have been left on, but wasn't. Also, a simple, single bottle of water in the room would have been nice after hours in transit with no food or drink. Room was lovely & bed comfortable. Although I had to share a bathroom, I didn't have any problems with the other occupants - everyone must have been aware, and no one spent an inordinate amount of time in the bathroom.

Still haven’t refunded me my security deposit and claim they cant find the room key. The house w my up for sale while I was there and Tiffany showed the property while I was in my room and expected me to leave at that time.

Very nice room. Bed was super comfy. There was no TV, which didn't bother me since I had my computer and I didn't spend any time in the room other than when I was sleeping. It is an old house and the hardwood floors, although beautiful, were very loud. If there were people moving around the home you would definitely hear them. Other than that, I had no issues with my stay. It was just a short walk to downtown Littleton where there was plenty to do, and when that wasn't enough it was just a short walk to get to the light rain and then a 20 minute ride to get to Downtown Denver. I would highly recommend this house and will more than likely be staying here again in the future.

This was unique. I am still confused by the experience. I sid not dislike my stay but I will definitly never return or deal with Tiffany and money ever again.

Unfortunate circumstances

There was some problem with electricity so a generator and a saw ran until 2 am so I couldn't sleep. I thought I had a private bathroom but I didn't. The other two guests used the bath from 530 to 7 am when I needed to get ready for the 1st day of new job. It wasn't the Historic Spa hotel's fault- just unfortunate circumstances that ruined my experience.

Convient little home for a nights stay.

I arrived and moved in, walk a block over to have a meal in old town. Stayed the night and went to work in the morning. That was my stay.

Cozy room walking distance to nice restaurants and shops in historic Littleton downtown. Tiffany, the owner, is friendly and responsive. Shabby condition of the rear entrance door and the "lobby" area can be off-putting. But the Gold room in which I stayed was comfortable, clean, quiet and a good value. I'd stay there again.

Excellent location, old unique property. The entire house was not very clean and the maintenance is not being done well. There were broken, loose door knobs, burned out lights and it is starting to be in overall rough shape.

It's not the staying-in-a-hotel experience ... this is a converted home. You get a bedroom, and there's one bathroom. Towels were provided. The only two issues I had were that, being an old house, the place had squeaky floors and stairs, and you need to visit a nearby convenience store for snacks and drinks. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the drive to Denver was not a problem. The staff, with whom I only dealt by phone, were more than accommodating. I'll stay again.

The cleanliness of the shared bath room was below standards. There is mold growing in the shower. There is a coffee pot in the room, but no cups, coffee or service items. If you aren't going to provide then please remove. The side table was so wobbly I thought the glass would break. Overall, just a room in very poor condition with no amenities whatsoever. There is no need for a security deposit on this place.

Bed and breakfast

Spiders and webs on ceiling light No tv or radio Coffee pot but nothing to put in it. Basically just a room with towels. For the price it was ok . Good thing i had expedia discount . Plus all the additional costs. It was nice to be central location, walked around alot.

Simple and quiet

Very quiet (except for the old creaky floors), so it was restful. Didn't understand whether towel hung on back of door was clean or used. Recommend leaving a note about it if you leave a towel for each new guest. Had to wait an hour for a shower in the morning with just one bathroom for three bedrooms. Kind service by hosts.
