Golden Stay!
From start to finish, easy and accurate. Property comfortably fit five adults and outside areas were a bonus to hang out. Super clean and excellent layout. Terrific location for travel to Denver and to enjoy Golden. Highly recommend!

Great place close to Red Rocks
We went down with 3 of our adult children to attend a concert at Red Rocks. It was plenty big for our family. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils, too. Check in and out was a breeze. We enjoyed the hot tub and hot close the place was to lots of hikes and a grocery store just around the corner.

Great location!
This was a great location for attending a concert at Red Rocks! The unit was clean. We had a couple window blinds that didn’t work. There were some stains on the carpet. The garage is a bit short for a large vehicle, but I believe there is street parking. Overall, this was a good place to stay!

Wonderful, clean property
We stayed here while in town for a friend's wedding. It was about 8 minutes from downtown Golden, but it never felt too far. We took some Ubers and the price was like $8. The property was updated nicely (not a cheap flip) and clean. Plenty of bathroom space for 3 couples if needed. Great spot.

Nice Location; Needs Upkeep
The property is in an excellent location. For the most part, the accommodations are good. The hot tub was clean and fresh. Several windows had blinds that were broken or unusable. They also needed cleaning. Carpeting throughout is stained and looks old. Several faucets need to be repaired or replaced. This property needs some ongoing attention and maintenance.

Near DT Golden, CO
The house was very convenient to downtown Golden,CO. We stayed in this house for our daughter’s wedding that was held close by. Very easy check in process and good directions to the house. The hot tub was clean. The outside patio was nice to sit since we had beautiful weather. There was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. Several of the pillows were way too large and fat for our liking but there were some medium sized ones.. would be nice to have flatter pillows. The carpet was looking tired with stains. However the house was clean. The kitchen had minimal glassware and utensils. Things that would make this house even better:It would be nice to have more just so you don’t have to keep cleaning the same one to use everyday when staying for many days.it would be nice to have a set of scissors too. It was a quiet neighborhood and we sleepy well. Location was easy to get to red rocks, Morrison and Denver.. overall we like definitely stay here again

Good location
Place was nice and clean. Pros: location, number of bathrooms, well stocked, helpful host hottub was nice, beds comfortable. Cons: Carpeting should definitely be replaced. A handheld shower in bed #3 would be nice. Faucet in bed #1needs attention and blinds in bed#2n Bed #2

Great spot in the middle of everything!
This 3 bedroom (all en suites) is located perfectly to enjoy Golden and Red Rocks. You are less than 10 minutes from being in downtown Golden and 15 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater. The property itself is well maintained, the front porch with hot tub was great. The two car garage makes for quick and easy access. Check in and check out were easy and communication was excellent. If we make another trip to red Rocks for a show we would most definitely stay here again.

Nice property in good location in need of a little TLC
We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, it had plenty of space for our family of four, and the beds were comfortable. The private hot tub is lovely, and we enjoyed a soak the first night. (Rain prevented us the second night.) Bathrooms were clean, plenty of towels. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed adequate. But the place is in need of some maintenance. There are a lot of stains of various sizes and colors on the carpets, and there were several bathroom fixtures that were loose, as well as the kitchen faucet. After a handyman and a carpet cleaning, this place would be perfect.

I stayed there with my two adult children for my nephew’s wedding. It was the perfect set up for us - we each had our own bedroom with attached bath plus there is a half bath on the main floor.

Nice place for a large family
We rented this property for out of town guests who were visiting for a family memorial service. It worked very well to have a 'home base' where family members could stay together, and also share meals and catch up. It was like a small reunion for elderly cousins! No complaints about it at all. It was clean, large, and worked nicely with a large group. The only thing I recommended to the property manager is that the outside lighting is very dim at night. There are steep stairs to the front door and from the sidewalk to the deck. In the the evening it was difficult for older guests to navigate them without lighting. We had to use several iPhone flashlights to create a path, but it is dangerous even for younger, better-seeing adults. I would recommend more lighting, or at least a higher wattage bulb for safety reasons. Otherwise, I would recommend! The communication with the property team was friendly, helpful and fast too. Thank you!

Christmas Visit
We celebrated Christmas with my son who lives in the area. Very clean space and as described on the listing. Great place to spend time with family and friends. Property manager friendly, accommodating, and prompt with responses. The only downside to this property is the parking. We own large vehicles, which would not fit in the garage, so we needed to park on the street. This was challenging because the parking spaces were limited near the property. Be prepared to walk if you own a large vehicle!

Wedding and Vacation
Everything was great, a lot of stairs but typical for Colorado home just be aware if traveling with elderly or handicap family. Very clean and updated. Hot tub was awesome. Home was very nice. Only suggestion would be a tv in every room or at least in the basement room as well. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location
The location of this townhome was great. However, the carpet was extremely filthy. It was stained and unsightly. Also, if you plan to stay more than two days, be aware that you will need to wash towels. When we tried to use the washing machine the house filled with sewer gas. I contacted the management company and was told That if it happened again, they would send somebody out. Of course, we never turned the washer on again because we were terrified of filling the house with that horrible odor.

Great Place
The photos don’t do it justice. Big place with 3 on-suites bedrooms with what I think are king beds and a very nice pullout in the living room really liked the outdoor space in the front yard as well as the small deck in the rear for morning coffee. The location was great as well with a gas station and grocery store within a less than 5 min walk. Lovely place!

The condo was nice but not as nice as the pictures showed. Carpets were very stained. It came with a nice hot tube and it was close to everything we were doing in Golden. Owner was not very easy to work with as far as needing early check in. All and all it was good.

Excellent Townhome
Perfect location in Golden for a family getaway. Located very close to grocery store and restaurants. Quick 5 minute drive to Historic Downtown Golden, Coors and Clear Creek River. Owners responded quickly to any questions we had. The townhome is beautifully decorated and clean. It is furnished with everything you need.
