Boho is a nice location, we will probably stay here at another time. When Colorado is cooler in the season. We loved to do our own cooking so the kitchen was nice for us! This made our stay a little easier. The view was wonderful and a little different every day…. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio…

Not Quite what we Expected

I rented this because of the proximity to family in the same neighborhood. I’ve lived in the area for over a decade before moving away. The house is in fact dog friendly as advertised, which was unimportant to me.I struggled with the listing because it is listed as a 3 bedroom. However, it fails to mention that bedrooms 2/3 are sharing a sliding door that doesn’t fully close and both are very small. I had hoped to put our infant in one bedroom and the rest of the kids in another, but since these aren’t truly separate bedrooms, the noise is not blocked out at all by this faux partition and thus didn’t work for us.I also was disappointed in a few things. The bad doors which are sliding do not lock well. There is obviously some deferred maintenance on the home which made it not as cozy as expected.A leaking dish washer, leaking window AC unit, trim in the bathroom warping away from the bath, etc.If I had older kids, this wouldn’t be an issue, and there would be mostly plenty of space. For our family of 6 with 4 kids 6 and under, I wouldn’t rent this again in the future

The house was well equipped. The property needs a little TLC but otherwise great. We would stay there again.

Colorado university masters graduation

Family flew in from Washington state, NJ and Montrose Colorado to celebrate my daughter’s Masters graduation. The house offered everything we needed to comfortably fit 5 adults and 2 dogs. Mornings and evenings were spent enjoying the large outside deck.

We had a good time

There wasn’t toilet paper, paper towels, or wipes. The fireplace you advertised was not working. There was urine on one toilet upon arrival and the other toilet was dirty. The linens smelled like other people’s bodies and the pillows were super atrocious and need to be replaced. The bed frames on the larger beds are horrible. The shower was fine. Your place needs attention. The wood siding needs paint and your outer fireplace on the roof needs repair badly. You should at least spend 25 on a larger cheap coffee pot from Walmart..Your WiFi was great. The batteries in the TV remote need to be replaced and your thermostat says it needs new batteries. You should replace the locking handle set on your screen door. The lower level sliding glass door has some serious weather stripping problems and you should remove the magnetic screens on the glass doors because they are in pieces.

Awesome Vacation Stay!

Overall, it has been the greatest place i have ever booked. Everything on the listing was accurate. The location was very nice, as you were not very far from most parts of Colorado.

perfect spot and the view...

We were in town to meet our new grand daughter, my son and his family also live in Westminster. We were hoping for them to join us at the house, plenty of room for all of us, but you know all the packing up...so we went back and forth. The house is great multiple levels, kitchen well equipped with all you would need. A/c in the bedrooms made for comfortable sleeping. Great view from the backyard. I would highly recommend this location, we will be back!

Great Location

The property was in a great location. Close to both Denver and Boulder. There is a beautiful 400 acre dog park within a half a block. We spent every morning walking the trails and watching the dogs play. The Master bedroom was great. The only complaint would be the comfort of the 2 smaller bedrooms, the mattresses need to be upgraded or even if a pillow top thrown on top would have been nice.

Good place with plenty of space

We enjoyed our stay here with two adults and our 3 kids. There was a good amount of space and the games/activities were a nice touch. The deck is fantastic, was a perfect place for coffee in the mornings and there is a big umbrella for shade or shelter from rain. The kitchen is well equipped and beds were comfortable. If you have a group staying here, there isn’t a dining area (just the island with two stools) and the bedrooms that connect are separated by a sliding barn door that won’t do much for sound. The pictures were mostly accurate, bedrooms 2 and 3 are slightly different now. If you are sensitive to scents we found air fresheners (sometimes more than 1) in every room and it was a lot. We stayed in August, so the primary and twin room have window AC units and there are box fans around the house which were helpful. Overall, it was a good rental in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to both Boulder and Denver!

Good rental!

I enjoyed walking in the open space dog park nearby. I also enjoyed seeing the mountains off in the distance from the back deck. The neighborhood was very quiet. Definitely worth the price.

Great for dogs and family

Quiet, convenient and with space for lots of folks. We stayed with our senior dog who greatly enjoyed the local dog walk. We also had an older teen who had endless board game requests and our younger kiddo had no complaints. Great spot to go to Boulder or Denver without being in the fray.
