# 907 Portside Five B: Recientemente actualizado, minutos a la playa y la ciudad, ¡Gran terraza privada al aire libre! Este condominio de Cape Cod, recientemente actualizado, es un excelente lugar para hospedarse en sus próximas vacaciones. Ubicado en la ciudad costera de Dennis Port, estará a pocos minutos de algunas hermosas playas junto al mar, como South Village Beach, Haigis Beach y West Dennis Beach. Main Street también se encuentra a solo unos minutos, con muchas opciones de restaurantes y entretenimiento disponibles. Perfect cape cottage
We have rented in the Cape for over 15 years. Our extended family stays in the Grove and we rent nearby. This home was perfect. Quiet, well appointed home, beds were very comfortable and a great back porch. Highly recommend.

Great house, great location on cape
Very warm and welcoming home. Great location on cape. This was our first time visiting the cape and we were able to visit all of the local towns we wanted without being in car too long. House felt like home away from home and had all of the amenities we could ask for. Clean and beds were very comfortable.

Family getaway
Overall the stay was good. We had to do more driving than we expected. The house was very clean and the back deck was awesome. There were remotes that we had no idea what went to. The app had a lot of info but it would have been an added feature if the condo had an info book in it with local attractions, directions for remotes, lights, etc. overall though, it was a comfortable stay.

Can’t wait to go back!
This was a great place for a gals getaway! It was clean and perfectly decorated and furnished. We loved having coffee out on the deck every morning. The space in the kitchen also made for a great work space, you could sit or stand which was great. The couch and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and bright. We loved the decor of the home and the peaceful, quiet surroundings. Will definitely rent again!

Excellent Property!
Thoroughly enjoyed our brief, mid-week stay. Cottage exceeded expectations - very clean; super comfortable beds; great layout; towels/linens provided; large deck space; skylights; very quiet ( we stayed mid-October). Everything worked well (TVs, stove, shades, etc) so we never needed to contact property management. We were impressed with their attention to detail (some seasonal decorations and a few battery-powered candles on when we arrived) on top of the fact that the property was noticably cleaner than any other rentals we've experienced - no exaggeration! Nothing required us to communicate with the managers, but we were "courtesy" contacted upon check-in and prior to check-out. We were very impressed all around: property (so cute & homey!), management, cleaners. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back!

Place was okay, but….
Okay, here are some helpful suggestions: Entry is difficult, partially blocked by overgrown flowers and tree branches. No light in the refrigerator. Bathroom drain run VERY slowly. Large clock not working. TV instructions would be most helpful. When service was requested, 1st time, forgotten, 2nd. time no response even though proper channels were followed.

Beautiful Place
This place was so cozy, beautiful and clean. It was perfect for my family of three for the week. It had everything we needed to cook meals at home. The laundry was a huge bonus!! So was the fact that linens and towels were provided. The outside shower was very convenient for cleaning off after the beach. It was about a 15min walk to the beach which was nice. The location was perfect for exploring the cape. Everywhere we went was about a 20-30min.drive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking!!

False Advertising
The online pictures staged a backyard oasis that did not exist. Cushioned lounge chairs, tons of seating...only to find none of it was there. The patio was the main reason I selected this rental for my family as a place to relax comfortably together. I called Del Mar Vacations and was told the owner would call me back, but never did. The listing also stated a Smart TV which also did not exist. Soon after I shared my complaint, the backyard pictures were changed from the listing. I have screen shots of the pictures that convinced me to rent this home. False advertising by Del Mar Vacations and terrible customer service!

Family vacation
This was a great place overall for my family vacation. Everything we needed and wanted easily not far at all - beaches, sea food, pizza, ice cream and groceries. House was clean and had all we needed from pots and pans to comfy beds and fluffy towels. The open floorplan allows for constant family time! We would definitely stay again.

Great place and service
Really cute place, very convenient and close to the beach. A tree fell on our car during a bad storm and the property management group responded immediately, clearing the tree and other damage out that same day. We were very impressed with how they handled the situation and would definitely stay with them again.

Great Cape Getaway
This was a great property for a weeklong stay in Cape Cod for us and two young kids. Walking distance to several Dennis Port beaches and restaurants. Being mid-Cape, it was an easy car ride to places like the National Seashore as well. The unit was recently remodeled and very clean, with a good outdoor patio space and sitting area in the front yard. We would definitely stay again for another trip to the Cape.
