Review for Kasa Stay: Avoid at All Costs
I would strongly advise against staying at Kasa. The property operates with no on-site staff, meaning you’re entirely on your own if any issues arise. The only support available is through an automated text line or a call center, where the receptionists are clearly in a different time zone and unable to provide real-time assistance.
My check-in experience was a nightmare. I was initially told I could check in at 2:00 PM, but when I arrived, the unit was locked. After contacting support, I was informed the unit wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be available until 4:00 PM. At 4:00, I called again, only to be told I had been reassigned to a different unit that wouldn’t be ready until 6:00 PM. I ended up sitting outside for three hours, constantly calling their hotline, just to access the room I had already paid for.
Once inside, the accommodations were decent, but I found a dirty towel in the bathtub, which speaks to their lack of attention to cleanliness.
Ultimately, the hassle of checking in, the lack of real support, and the possibility of being stranded for hours make this place not worth it. If you’re not willing to call customer service repeatedly and fight for basic service, you could be left waiting indefinitely. Two thumbs down—look elsewhere.
