Great apartment
Our family rented this apartment to stay in while our son played a baseball tournament at the Cooperstown All Star Village near Oneonta. The drive to the baseball complex was about 30 minutes, but it was extremely worth it. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and Delhi (which I had never heard of before) turned out to be a great small town. In addition to the pub downstairs, there is a new outdoor wine bar type place in the rear of the property that was fantastic. My wife and I went to a prix fixe dinner at EightyMain, which was fantastic. There's a cute bookstore, several cafes and little grocery store the sells all kinds of artisanal goods from the area. I took a 5 mile run along the Delaware to a covered bridge and back. Just a lovely little place--I'm so glad we discovered it by accident!

We had a brief, but great stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. We loved the proximity to SUNY Delhi. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location, spacious, well appointed apartment. I had the pleasure of staying there for 6 weeks. Although located above a pub, it is well sound proofed. Area is great for walking and the pub downstairs was wonderful. Kim was very helpful and communicative. Kim, thank you for your hospitality and flexibility, much appreciated!

The apartment was adorable unfortunately it was a longer ride to Cooperstown then we thought and unfortunately I had to leave early! It’s a very sweet, clean and comfortable apartment over a very cute pub! My only request would to clean the cob webs on the outside staircase scary spiders! Anyone who stays will be very comfortable!

Weekend of track at SUNY Delhi
We had a great stay. The property was clean, spacious, had a very comfortable feel. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. Excellent location for us to visit SUNY Delhi. We'll definitely stay there again.

Relaxation in Delhi, NY
My daughters and I enjoyed our stay at the 2 BR Village apartment in Delhi, NY. The owners provided information about the community such as restaurant recommendations (Blue Bee Café-the best brunch café), recreation and fun things to do in Delhi, NY. The apartment was immaculate and very accommodating with all the luxuries to be found in the home. This included comfy pillows, sleep machines, ample seating in the living room and a full stocked kitchen. Our favorite rooms in the apartment were the bedrooms. The bedrooms were furnished nicely and decorated lovely with a modern flair. The bathroom was large and contained all the comforts of home: toiletries, ample towels, and excellent water pressure. Overall, the three hour drive was worth the fabulous time my daughters and I had in Delhi. The community was welcoming and made my daughters and I feel at home. I will be contacting the owners in the future to plan another relaxing weekend in the wonderful town of Delhi, NY.

Great apartment in a great location
Very clean and modern apartment with all the amenities you could ask for. The apartment is located above a restaurant, which might get noisy in the summer, but it was perfect for us. The property manager was very responsive when we contacted her. We will stay there again when we visit Delhi.
