“The only con regarding the property is that it is on a small block and parking is scarce. Otherwise the property and stay was wonderful. Joel was a great host: very helpful, and accommodating. Walking through the door, the air is fragrant, the decor is welcoming and the property is clean. Brick wall leading you upstairs, new kitchen appliances, and a fenced backyard. Minor details such as tissue art in both bathrooms made you appreciate the hospitality. Will definitely book & visit again.”

“The house was clean, stylish, well appointed, and very comfortable for a family. Nice appliances, appreciated filtered water and ice maker. Beds very comfortable. Game room fun. TV's all working and easy to use. Lots of good food, drink, and deli/markets nearby. Fishtown cool.”

“The property was set up very nice for a small group. The neighborhood was peaceful. The property was spacious and had a nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy the grounds around it. I would recommend stopping at the Broken Goblet Brewery just right down the road. Close to restaurants and easy to get to Philli.”

“We had a great time on our stay. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the area. We flew in on a redeye for a wedding and the flew back a day later. Most of the time in the place was spent sleeping, but it was a cute and cozy place. We walked to get coffee and brunch. There is a casino right around the block. Lots of stuff in walking distance. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.”

“We traveled to Philly for my son’s 16th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own space and we were able to gather in the living room comfortably to watch movies. All activities were within a 15 minute drive and we always felt safe in the area. The rooftop view was beautiful and a great place to wind down at the end of the night, read quietly and watch the sunrise. The place was immaculate in cleanliness and the extra details were a very pleasant surprise! Communication...

“We had a large group and this was a great stay. Everything was there, even coffee. Streaming services, WiFi, all the amenities. Beautiful property and owners were extremely easy to work with, very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected. Thanks for making the stay easy. ”

“Our family, ranging from 4 months to 90 years old chose this lovely property as a place to share quality together. It did not disappoint!! The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying yard games, basketball playing, s'more making deer viewing and relaxing in the hot tub! The proximity to Lambertville and New Hope was very convenient. ”

“This is a fantastic use of an old space. Very conveniently located just off the subway system, the neighborhood isn't the nicest BUT the house is fantastic. Wide open spaces with plenty of comfortable chairs, beds and couches, the extra showers and eating areas were awesome and there was an outdoor back patio that made for a great reading area. All and all a fantastic stay, we cancelled evening plans just to hang out in the VRBO and enjoy some family time.”
