"The Manager walked out, took keys as we drove in with several other guests in theur cars at 2pm check in. Told to wait till 3:20pm; all returned,,told no manager no keys to office. Chef took over, used his initiatives to get door open and let us all in. Very nice and good accommodation. Liked it. ..."

"Second time visiting the park and the kids still say it’s their best holiday, they now want to live there. The animals are so well looked after and it’s so lovely that the kids can be kids and still be safe. Great work team! Bridie’s hoping the new calf gets her name ❤️see you again soon !"
