We are 73, 74, and 85 year olds in town for a wedding. Away except for breakfast & to sleep.
Communication with VRBO was fine. Evolve emails were scattered, inaccurate, unclear final billing, inconsistent, and who ever heard of fees for bathrooms and bedrooms? All worked out in the end. We loved the house.
Why is "damage protection" fee not refunded when several items were broken (can opener), torn, (2 towels) or not working (both coffee machines) UPON OUR ARRIVAL?
